WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
  • We make use of THE COURIER GUY and ARAMEX‘s reliable and speedy door-to-door delivery services.
  • Nationwide fast and free delivery within South Africa for orders above R650.
  • Orders below R650 incur a R75 delivery fee.
HOW LONG DO I WAIT FOR DELIVERY?
  • All orders are picked and dispatched the same or next day.
  • You can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 working days but;
  • Allow an additional 24-48 hours for outlying or remote areas.
  • You will receive a tracking number for you to locate your order in real-time on our couriers’ websites.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
  • We use Payfast‘s Secure Online Payment Gateway to process all transactions.
  • You can pay using Cheque/Credit Card, Debit Card, Instant EFT, MasterPass or BitCoin.
  • EFT payments are also accepted however need to reflect in our account before the order is dispatched. Please email proof of payment immediately so we can prepare your order.
  • EFT payments from FNB accounts will reflect immediately.
  • EFT payments from other banks will reflect within 1-2 days.
  • Our Banking details are made available after successfully checking out.
  • We don’t accept Cash or Cheque payments.
WHAT IF I'VE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCT?
  • We take the greatest care in ensuring that our orders are well protected and packaged.
  • However, if you receive an order where the packaging is severely damaged please inform us immediately.
  • If your product is defective please initiate a return request and provide as much detail as possible with regards to the problems encountered.
  • Return Requests can be made on the “RETURNS AND EXCHANGES” page.
  • We will gladly replace a faulty product at no additional cost to you.
CAN I RETURN AN UNWANTED, NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
  • Yes within 30 days from purchase.
  • Provided that the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Note that you will however be responsible for the delivery/return charges.
